Order Processing & Dispatch​

Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Delivery services and times may vary depending on the product. This information will be available for selection at checkout. If you provide an email address, we’ll send email updates regarding your order (eligible products only).

 

All products are advertised as in stock. In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock, we will contact you to arrange for either a refund or dispatch once the item is restocked.

 

Delivery Options

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard delivery service for most items, providing fast and reliable delivery. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched to monitor your package’s progress.

 

Some locations may incur a delivery surcharge. In most cases, this will be calculated and added automatically at checkout. If not, we will contact you to inform you of any additional charges and provide options. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the surcharge is not paid.

Delivery Timeframes & Liability

Delivery timeframes are guides only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by adverse weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

We rely on courier companies for the transport of goods and must adhere to their terms and conditions, which state that all delivery times are estimates.

Limitations of Liability

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery, missing items, or damaged goods.

  • Subsequential losses caused by delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries.

 

If you are purchasing items critical to an animal’s housing or health, we recommend having contingency plans in case of delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Hassle Return Policy

Stuff happens. We get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Furever Products or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we're here to help, not hassle. So if you find yourself saying any of the following once you've received your shipment from us, please contact us at info@fureverproducts.co.uk and we'll work with you to make things right.

Buyer's Remorse

Not a problem! Ship it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the unopened product. Ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the initial delivery of the package.

Received the Wrong Product

While our warehouse team is second to none and their pick accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and we'll coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll arrange to ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.

The Package Was Broken upon Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package and notify us of the problem. We will coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll arrange to ship out another package and make sure you get it ASAP. Also, take a picture if you can! We'd like to see what went wrong so we can pack it better next time or talk to the shipping carrier about gentler handling of the packages
